Trucks limitations

There is a discussion in the Czech Republic related to limitations of the trucks on the roads.

There are too many trucks on the roads. All those people should start to think why not to use the trains instead. No-one needs the cars to be delivered by trucks, no-one needs the concrete to be delivered by trucks, no-one needs the coal to be delivered by trucks.
People better should think about how to use different ways of the transportation of goods and base materials instead of limitation the trucks on the roads.
